Complementary 30 minute introductory session Free This is an initial assessment for me to get a sense
of your interest and goals and explain my services.
Basic Package –
My basic package includes:
(3) 50 minute telesessions per month plus
unlimited email contacts $200. Add $25 per session for face-to-face
office visits.
Basic Plus – The Basic Plus package is the same
as my Basic Package but includes review of your video tapes. $250.
Add $25 per session for face-to-face office visits.
Intensive Package-
This package includes:
4) 50 minute telesessions per month plus unlimited
email contacts $250. Add $25 per session for face-to-face office visits.
Keep
it Going – This option is for clients who have completed a Basic or
Intensive package and
want ongoing coaching $125. Add $25 per session
for face-to-face office visits It includes:
(2) 50-minute telesessions
scheduled at intervals plus unlimited email contacts
OR (1) 50-minute
telesession and video review plus unlimited email contacts
Individual
session – (1) 50 minute telesession with an email follow-up $75. Add
$25 per session for face-to-face office visits
E-Mail Coaching
Fees: Weekly correspondance by email. $100 per month.

requested that the fee for phone sessions be paid on or prior to the
